Received two of the shirts, one in black. I washed them both once, per washing and drying instructions, and the black shirt shrunk in length by 3 inches turning it into a halter top.

I ordered some shirts, they didn't fit, attempted to email 3 seperate times to exchange my order (as laid out in their terms) and never heard anything. It's been 3 weeks. Unfortunately unless you want to fully gamble on your purchase, avoid this store
I reached out to Fashion Hub Club really late at night and got an "after hours" auto reply, but a real person jumped in to help me anyway! I was looking for a specific shirt that wasn't even on their website anymore. The rep actually took the time to track it down in their inventory and relist it online just so I could buy it the next morning. On top of going so far out of their way to update me on each step, they even got me a bundled discount. Honestly, this is the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company, retail or otherwise. They have earned a loyal customer!

Honestly Im shocked, I didn't have high hopes due to never seeing this brand before and the price point was almost to go to be true, I didn't expect it to be good at all. But it just came in today an it's exactly what I was looking for material feels nice and well made , I couldn't be happier! If ur thinking about getting one but are hesitating all I can say is do it it's worth it! I placed an order for some SLAZENGER CROSSWAY FLEECE JOGGER sweat pants. Although the size was the same as my previous purchase some years back (still fitting) the size I received did not fit. The sweatpants were nicely made. I was able to keep the smaller size at no charge and only pay for the shipping of the correct size to me. I received a call from their team and help was given through the entire process to reasssue me that I was going to receive my order. Greatly appreciated!
