  • We do not refund only exchanges or store credit
  • All returns / exchanges must be initiated within (15) days of receipt; by contacting customer service at:
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must NOT be damaged, soiled, or altered.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • FHC do NOT accept exchanges or returns on the following items:
    • Undergarments
    • Swimwear
    • Face masks
    • Items marked final sale or clearance
    • Gift cards 
  • FHC will refuse any "collect" shipments, or parcels that do not have a FHC shipping label affixed.
  • Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.


At FHC your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with at item, contact us within (15) days of receipt and we will guide you through the returns / exchange process.

STEP 1: Send an email to and include the following:
        • Original Order #
        • A description of the issue, and one of the reason codes listed below
        • A description of the replacement item desired (if applicable)

    STEP 2: FHC Customer Service will reply to your email within 3-7 business days with further instructions, and a Shipping Label (.PDF).

    STEP 3: Print Shipping Label, affix to return package, and follow the instructions from Customer Service.  Return address will be provided by email.

    STEP 4: Up receipt, Customer Service will inspect the merchandise and either release the replacement item order (EXCHANGE), or issue a refund via store credit (RETURN).  Please note the Return for Store Credit Policy below:


    Calculating Value of Store Credit

    • Store credit is provided in original currency.
    • Original Order shipping charges, import duties, and customs fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
    • Returns are subject to a $5.00 processing & handling fee, which will be waived in the case of Group (A) return reasons.
    • Store credit is equal to the purchase price of returned item(s), less return shipping fees, and (if applicable) less import duties, customs fees, and processing fee.

    Use of Store Credit

    • Store credit never expires.
    • Store Credit can only be used online at
    • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
    • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
    • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
    • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
