RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We do not refund only exchanges or store credit
All returns / exchanges must be initiated within (15) days of receipt; by contacting customer service at: email@example.com
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must NOT be damaged, soiled, or altered.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
FHC do NOT accept exchanges or returns on the following items:
- Face masks
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
FHC will refuse any "collect" shipments, or parcels that do not have a FHC shipping label affixed.
Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
FHC eGIFT CARD
Orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours once the order is placed. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
