We do not refund only exchanges or store credit
All returns / exchanges must be initiated within (15) days of receipt; by contacting customer service at: orders@fashionhubclub.com
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must NOT be damaged, soiled, or altered.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
FHC do NOT accept exchanges or returns on the following items:
- Undergarments
- Swimwear
- Face masks
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
FHC will refuse any "collect" shipments, or parcels that do not have a FHC shipping label affixed.
Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.

Please note that orders placed on weekends, specifically from Friday at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) through Sunday at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), will be shipped out on the Monday when our warehouse reopens.

Orders destined for the United States are shipped from our Champlain, NY facility. Similarly, for our Canadian customers, all orders are shipped directly from our Montreal location. We guarantee no additional costs, such as duties, will be charged to you upon delivery.
International orders are also shipped from our Montreal location. Please be aware that packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or postal service delays.
